If you contact us through the form, by email or via WhatsApp, we process the data you send us — typically your name, email address, phone number and the details of your venue or application — for the sole purpose of answering you and, where relevant, evaluating a possible commercial relationship.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not ask you for any.

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us. If a commercial relationship follows, the basis becomes the performance of that contract.

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards for the period required to meet our legal obligations. If nothing comes of the enquiry, we delete it once it is clearly closed.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use service providers (email, hosting, messaging) that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
